11. User Information

A Master User can also add new users within the company location by selecting the Add Items button, filling in all required fields and then clicking on the Save Changes button. You will be responsible for providing the new user with the User Name (User ID) and password that you have established. When the new user logs into the account for the first time with the new user id and password that the HQ Master User has set up for them; the user is going to be prompted to change the password when they log into the account.

If a new user has been added, you will see a yellow informational message.

 

The User Information section also allows a Master User to specify additional Master Users by selecting the HQ Master User checkbox.
