Vendor Login


Each VSS User has a User Name and Password, which are case sensitive. Enter these in the Registered Users section, and select the Login button. (The Password field will display * characters to keep it private.)

Forgotten Password  

 

 


If you have forgotten your password, you can select eVA Password Problems at bottom of the vendor login box, At the next screen, enter your User Name and select Continue.

 

 

   
   

You will then be asked to provide the answer to your security question. The answer is case sensitive. Click on the Reset Password button after entering your answer.

If your answer matches the answer on the account, the account password will be sent by email to the address on file for the entered User Name.

   
   

If you have forgotten your User Name, you will need to contact the Registration Administrator for your Headquarters location. (If you are the Registration Administrator, contact the Customer Care Team. See the Customer Care Team section for details.)

After a successful login, you will be at the eVA Vendor Portal where you can access the functions available to registered users.
