eVA Vendors - learn how to receive email notifications of State & Local Government Solicitations

Basic: allows full access to eVA functionality, the ability to post catalogs, and limited ability to receive Quick Quote bid notices.

Premium: includes all Basic privileges plus email or fax bid notices
Effective June 2006, eVA registration fees became $25 per year for both levels.
The registration fees are invoiced to you on your registration renewal date.

To receive eVA electronic bid notices, your vendor account should be set to “Premium” registration.

In addition, “Premium” vendors are always notified about Quick Quote opportunities when they are for your Commodity Code

To limit eVA bid notices sent to you , set your registration to “Basic”,
There is no charge to make this change to your registration.
