The eVA Vendor Business Opportunities (VBO) site provides maximum access to all electronic commerce opportunities for businesses in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The intent of the Vendor Business Opportunities section of eVA is to inform the public about all major procurement opportunities, typically over $50,000.00 that are available for bid with state agencies & local entities.
