How do I register?
Register online. If paying by check, mail Registration Form and
check. If paying by credit card, mail or fax form with credit
card information. Registration will be confirmed by e-mail when
payment is received.

How do I pay for the Forum?
Pay by check or Visa, MasterCard or American Express. See the
Registration Form for mailing and faxing instructions. You may
call the registrar to provide required credit card information
or to register
by phone.
I registered and have not received an e-mail confirmation.
What should I do?
E-mail confirmations will be sent when registration and payment
is received and processed.

What is the attire for the Forum?
Dress is business casual. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for
walking between workshops and in the Expo.

Can I register for both the supplier and buyer conference?
Meeting space is limited so suppliers cannot register for the
buyer conference. However, we have planned some joint workshops
and
a joint luncheon.
Are meals provided to suppliers?
Three meals are planned: Dinner on Sunday; Continental Breakfast
and
Lunch on Monday.

What is included in the booth registration fee?
The fee includes a 6’ X 9’ booth with drape partitions, a 6’
skirted table and two chairs, and a sign. Also included are two
tickets for the box luncheon on Tuesday, December 7, a Forum
program and a list of
Forum participants.
When can I set up my booth?
Suppliers are allowed into the Expo area on Tuesday, December 7
at 8:00 a.m. Booth set up must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Opening is 11:30 a.m.
How many staff members can I bring to the Expo?
Bring enough staff for your booth. You will be given two tickets
for the box luncheon on Tuesday, December 7. Additional tickets
can be purchased either in advance or on the day of the Expo for
$10.
What company is handling exhibit set-up?
The exhibition company is Dunmar Exhibit Services.

Do you offer group rates?
Group Rate: the first two registrants from a single agency are
$129. Every registration thereafter is $109. A Registration Form
must be completed for each person and must show the same agency
name and address.
No split registrations.
How many Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) recertification
points
are awarded for the buyer conference?
Buyer Conference attendees can earn a maximum of two VCO
recertification points. To receive full credit, attendees must
register prior to the Monday, December 6 luncheon and
participate in the entire conference (including the Supplier
Expo) through the closing session on Wednesday, December 8.
Attendees also must submit a completed Conference Evaluation
following the closing session on Wednesday.
VCO points for attendees registering at a later time or date
will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. A certification sheet with
instructions will be included in the attendee information
packet.
What meals are provided to buyers?
Four meals are planned. Lunch on Monday, Continental Breakfast
and Box Lunch on Tuesday, and Continental Breakfast on
Wednesday.
In addition, there will be a networking reception with hors
d’oeuvres on Tuesday during the Supplier Expo.
