"Managing a KALEIDOSCOPE of Change" is our sixteenth Public Procurement Forum and we believe you will find it one of our most informative and thought provoking. We have scheduled a variety of workshops, speakers and networking sessions this year to give you an opportunity to learn about and to discuss our theme of managing change. In response to your feedback, we have varied the length of some workshops, and extended the exposition, which includes a networking reception.

Government procurement will continue to be a challenge as we confront increased needs and decreased resources. Meeting these challenges with creative solutions is the hallmark of successful public procurement operations. Sharing these solutions is why we are gathering for this event.
