Tracking Contract Performance Dennis
Blackwell, VCO – Procurement Management
Account Executive, DGS/DPS Frank Denny, VCO
– Procurement Management Account Executive,
DGS/DPS
Where’s Harry Potter when I need him …
or do YOU need to be a wizard to track
contract performance? One of the greatest
tools in successfully tracking contract
performance is including in the contract
WHAT you want to track! It may be too late
when you hear the Contract Administrator
lament “if only you had …” This session
examines contract tracking tools to help you
think about WHAT to include and HOW to
administer contract performance. Take this
session and don’t be the procurement
professional who becomes
"HE/SHE-WHO-MUST-NOT-BE-NAMED!" |

CM At-Risk Procurement Shirley McNutt, VCO,
VCCO – Manager, Construction and Facilities
Procurement, DGS/DEB
"At-Risk" CM is a delivery method which
entails a commitment by the construction
manager to deliver the project within a
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), in most
cases. The construction manager acts as a
consultant in the preconstruction services
phase but as the equivalent of a general
contractor during the construction phase.
When a construction manager is bound to a
GMP, the most fundamental character of the
relationship is changed. Attend this session
to learn about CM at-risk and how this
alternative might meet your needs. A fun
activity awaits! |
