Charlie Breeding, who delivered "Doing More with Less" in 2007 to outstanding evaluations

is President of Performance Improvement Institute. He’s a professional speaker, professional development trainer and performance improvement Coach who has thrice spoken with our Conference. Charlie has spent over 25 years in training, coaching and consulting working specifically with organizations and individuals on performance improvement strategies.

He's a 1978 graduate of West Point, the US Military Academy, worked 15 years for Dale Carnegie Training and over two years with FranklinCovey’s Organizational Solutions business unit. In 2005, he was published in the book, Power Tools: Top Executive Coaches Put You on the Fast Track to Success and in March, 2009 was published along with Dr. Wayne Dyer and Brian Tracy in the new book, Wake Up Moments of Inspiration. He resides in Belews Creek, NC with his family of six and wife of 23 years.
