Michael M. Sanson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked in the financial services industry since 1984, joining Virginia Asset Management in 1988. Mike is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP® ). He is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with Securian Financial Services and holds a Series 7, 6, and Life & Health Insurance License. He has led numerous retirement and investment planning seminars for both business and government and co-teaches the Financial Strategies for Successful Retirement Seminar through the VCU School of Business. Mike is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Society of Financial Service Professionals, and Premiere Resource Group, a national group of experienced wealth, insurance, and financial advisors.
